VibrantUSA was born in Los Angeles from two unlikely journeys — one of a high school dropout determined to carve their own path, and the other of an immigrant who escaped war-torn Ukraine in search of a brighter future.
What brought us together was a shared passion: photography. What started as a way to find joy and expression grew into a mission — to capture moments that make people feel seen, valued, and connected.
Today, VibrantUSA is more than a photography company. We bring energy, professionalism, and heart into every shoot. For us, it’s not just about the photos. It’s about the stories they tell and the relationships we build with every client.

How to book a headshot session
Step 1 - SCHEDULE
Click on a package and select the date and time.
Note that corporate/event packages require a consultation prior to booking.
Step 2 — PREPARATION — After your deposit, you will be sent a “Preparation Checklist”
CHECKLIST INCLUDES:
Request of information needed before the shoot
Background options
Details of how to find the studio (including pictures and maps)
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
90-day online gallery access to high-resolution photos within 24 hours to 3 weeks (refer to package selection)
Specific number of retouched photos based on the package
Pre-shoot guide
Coaching throughout the shoot
Print and web final retouched versions in various cropped dimensions as mentioned
What is the process for corporate headshots?
1. Consultation & Booking
We start with a quick consultation call to go over your needs.
A 40% deposit secures your date.
You’ll receive:
A scheduling spreadsheet for your team to select time slots.
A preparation guide with tips on wardrobe and presentation.
An official agreement to sign. (General liability insurance available upon request.)
2. Day of the Shoot
Each employee is guided through poses and expressions.
Photos are displayed live on a monitor so they can review and retake on the spot.
Touch-ups:
If you’ve booked a makeup artist, employees can arrive early for professional touch-ups.
Otherwise, a refresh station with a mirror, lint roller, and steamer is available.
3. Editing & Delivery
Each person selects their final images during the session.
Photos are retouched and delivered within the agreed timeframe through a secure online gallery.
Employees may request revisions within 7 days of delivery.
Preview and first-round edits are watermarked. Once final payment is made, all images are delivered in high-resolution without watermarks. The second round of edits may be made as per request afterward.
